Can the information I enter into my trial be brought over to my subscription?

Absolutely! When you subscribe to VSP, you'll have the opportunity to enter your trial activation code and administrator password. If you do so, your trial data will be brought over to your paid subscription. We'll even hold your trial data for 60 days after your trial ends, so you have time to figure out payment and implementation.

Are any features disabled during the trial?

The free trial is designed to allow you to demo VSP's scheduling features. Settings controlling the online experience for volunteers (emails, text messaging, enrollments, auto reminders, swap requests, etc) are not enabled during the trial. How many administrators can use VSP during the trial?

You can have the administrator program downloaded on two different computers during your trial. Once you subscribe, you can choose to subscribe for the Lite edition which includes two installations, or the Standard edition which will include four installations. More are available for purchase as needed.

How do I put the trial on a second computer?

Your trial includes two installations. The first will begin downloading immediately when you enter your information above. If you wish to download your second trial installation, download VSP directly and enter your original trial activation code and password when prompted.

Is the trial the Lite or Standard Edition?

Both editions of VSP function exactly the same way - the Standard Edition just comes with a few extra features (like Custom Fields and online access for Leaders). You don't have access to Standard Edition features during the trial, but if you have questions, please contact us and we'll be happy to show you how they work.
